openEyA v4.0.1 available for Ubuntu 10.04

openEyA v4.0.0 is now available for Ubuntu 10.04!

openEyA has now a new recording modality with no need for extra Hardware or get lost with cables.

you can:

  • capture automatically your computer screen (i.e., grab slides done with PPT, PDF or any other digital presentation) from the same computer in which openEyA is installed and synchronize them with video; … you can give and project a seminar/lecture while recording it!
  • or easily record “self-seminars”, i.e., your own lectures, viewpoints, etc. which you can then share with your students and audience via web or through a compressed zip file.

This new openeEyA’s recording modality is easier to use than ever!
